Basic Package:
You may book our space for $50/hour.

Regular tables/chairs or Picnic table & cushions
Custom Letterboard Wall Ledge Message
Access to full kitchen
Drink & Dessert Station with all serveware/ utensils
Water dispensers & ice bucket
Bluetooth Speaker
The final invoice will include the full amount of time that the space was used, including setup and clean up time needed.
Deluxe Package:
For $150/hour, we will also include:
Welcome sign
Table linens & napkins
Gold chargers, White plates, gold cuterly, & glasses
Basic tablescape with a variety of candles and/or flowers/greenery
*** A minimum time of 2 hours is required for this option. However, we provide the setup and cleanup which does not need to be factored into your hourly rate unless additional outside decor is brought in that requires significant setup/teardown time. ***

Yes. Feel free to bring your own food and drink. If bringing alcohol, please limit it to wine, champagne, and beer. A cork fee may apply. 21+ only.

Party Planning
Though not required when renting our space, we would love to help plan your party! Themed table settings, centerpieces, backdrops, balloons, favors, and more can be included. Please visit our decor & backdrop rental page to see many of our offerings.
Party packages are fully customizable. We can accommodate any theme, colors, etc. We are happy to take care of every detail or make it a team effort!
We are often asked for more details on pricing, themes, & activities. While we cannot provide a complete breakdown because there are SO many variables, we wanted to provide examples to give some clarity (click arrows to expand):
